CRYSTAL FALLS
TAX INCREMENT FINANCE (TIF)
COMMITTEE
The TIF Committee was established mid
year 2003 to develop a Tax Increment Finance Plan for the City of Crystal
Falls. The committee has met monthly and is now in the beginning stages of
developing a TIF district and plan to present to the City Council.
This committee meets every 2nd Monday
immediately following the DDA meetings (DDA meets at 1:00 p.m.) at the City
Hall.
Members of the TIF Committee include:

Janet Hendrickson - Councilor - member
Kenneth Santi - DDA member - member
Charles Nordeman - City Manager - member
Michael Ferguson - DDA Chairman - member
Mark Agnessi - Iron County Economic Developer - member
Dorothea Olson, City Clerk/Treasurer serves as the recording secretary for the
TIF Committee.
